Smadar Shechter is a Captain at EL AL, where she also serves as a flight examiner. With over 21 years at EL AL she has flown the B737, B757, B767 and B787, bringing a wide range of operational experience across short and long-haul fleets. Smadar is passionate about supporting the pilot community, especially in areas of professional responsibility and handling setbacks such as exam failures.
